Stephen Hilton leads Connecting Bristol , the city council's Digital Partnership. He professional interests include Web 2.0, Digital Inclusion, Green ICT and wireless and broadband connectivity. Stephen is a Board Member of DC10plus, the national Digital Inclusion network.
Previously, Stephen worked as Bristol City Council's Corporate Consultation and e-Participation Manager. During this time he establishes a leading role for Bristol City Council in the area of e-participation. The city was named European City for e-Democracy and Stephen received a personal award as BT Innovator of the Year in the National Government Computing Awards.
